Feeling Comfortable
This time of year, you really don’t know what the weather is going to do. I like to layer so I am always comfortable. I keep my motorcycle barrel bag with a t-shirt, a long sleeve shirt, a sweater and a light jacket. That way, I have things I need if I get cold or if I have to take things off, I have something to put them in. Here is a nice bag that is leather and has a shoulder strap for easy carrying and has plenty of room.
Great Stocking Stuffer
Guess what is just around the corner. Christmas. Stores are starting early to get you thinking about it. I usually think about it all year long because I never know when I will find what I am looking for at a good deal. Here is something that will make a great stocking stuffer, a motorcycle cargo net . This a great addition to any motorcycle or anything that needs to be secured. It is small and easy to store. Well, this is one of my first items on my list to get.
Safe and Secure Ride
With all the traffic on the island this summer. I was interesting to see the different ways that things were being carried. On one of my trips I saw a motorcycle with a guitar on the back. It was being held secure with a motorcycle cargo net. Keeping the guitar secure with no movement helped keep the rider safe. With so much to watch out for making sure your ride is safe is peace of mind and makes for a more enjoyable ride.
Having My Gear Ready
Since I sold my motorcycle and still looking for the right one to buy I am really miss riding. Seeing all the bikes on the road doesn’t help. In my trunk of my car I keep my riding gear. Gloves, glasses, boots, helmet and a jacket all in my motorcycle barrel bag. I always try to be prepared in case I get an offer to ride. You never know if friends will come by and say lets go, its a beautiful day.
Secure With a Cargo Net
On my way home yesterday, I saw a bike with their coat strapped to the sissy bar with a bungee strap. It seemed secure. The wind was blowing pretty hard and I could see part of the coat flapping in the wind and finally working its way out and he may never know it until it was too late. I thought if he had a motorcycle cargo net there would be no chance for the coat to work its way out.
Taking Care Of Errands
The weather has been so nice and I have seen so many bikes out, I just needed to ride. The unfortunate thing is I just sold my bike and I have no ride at the moment. When some friends came by my work and asked me to go riding. I really wanted to go but had to go by the DMV and turn in my tag in that day. They said no problem we could go by there and take care of that and then go. I got my motorcycle barrel bag out of the trunk of the car and was ready to go. What better way to end the day.
Grab and Go
I carry a lot of things in the trunk of my car. My fitness equipment, my riding gear and rain gear to name a few. They are all kept in motorcycle barrel bags. They have plenty of room for my stuff and are small enough to keep everything organized in the trunk. They also make it easy for me to grab what I need when I need it. Even when someone asks me to go riding. I grab the bag and get on the bike and go.
Cargo Net For Satellite Dish
I was going home today and saw a motorcycle carrying a satellite dish. It was an ultra classic and it was easy to see it would not fit in any of the bags. He had the dish sitting in the rear seat with sheet tied around it. I he had a motorcycle cargo net he would have been able to use it to secure the dish to the seat. Nothing flapping in the wind and the dish would have stayed in place.
