Extended Traveling
I certainly hope everyone had a safe time in Myrtle Beach and a great time. With all the things going on at the end of his month and the long weekend I hope you put your motorcycle luggage on. You could ride to Charlotte to see the races. Go to the infield and have more fun. Or if you want a a more relaxed atmosphere, ride to the mountains and enjoy nature. Or just ride with really no destination in mind. Go and have fun and ride.
Just Go Get Out
Don’t have a couple of weeks off to go to Myrtle Beach? Why not put the motorcycle saddlebags on the bike and just go for a day trip. Pack the rain gear just in case the weather changes and an extra set of clothes, but leave enough room in case you find something special or something you are looking for. With the weather being so nice it is great to be outside. It seems that everyone wants to go somewhere and it doesn’t matter how, just out.
Tool Bag on the Bicycle
I saw another use for this small motorcycle tool bag the other day. I was riding around the beach and saw a few people riding their bicycles. On the front of the bicycle, attached to the handlebars, was this bag. What a perfect place to keep some change, wallet or keys or even a water bottle, while pedaling and getting some exercise or even watching the scenery. It is out of the way, secure and easy to keep your eye on it.
Packed and Ready To Go
It is time for another road trip. Myrtle Beach is just around the corner. It is time to check and see if you have everything . Get out your motorcycle luggage set and pick out the bags you need to take. Pack the saddlebags and the backpack with the clothes and the tool bag with small tools for emergency fixes. Get the tent and sleeping bag , strap them on. And of course rain gear, in case of an occasional shower. Have fun.
Covers For Comfort
The weather being so unpredictable lately because of the heat. We have had a chance of showers every day. I always keep my all weather motor scooter cover with me to cover the bike just in case is rains. The cover is not only for the rain. It protects against the heat, dust and salt from the sea air as well. Now I can get on the bike, sit comfortably and ride instead of having wiping it down first. Or trying to find shade.
