Whenever you go riding, you want to make sure you are prepared.  Having the right gear with you makes it easier to stay warm when the temperature changes.  Or if it gets too warm take stuff off. If you don’t have a bag, you need to have something with you to secure your stuff.  How about a motorcycle tool bag to keep your bungee cords in?  It is small and can easily be installed on the front or back of your bike.
