Reflect and Be Thankful
I know everyone is busy. Today some will be more than usual. But as you go about your day, please take time to reflect and be thankful for everything that we have friends, family, and to thank everyone for the freedom to choose how we live. Not everyone have the freedom and choices that we have, sometimes we tend to forget. No matter what you do, have fun be safe.

Hiking Comfort
Do you love to go hiking? I do. Just getting out and getting to see the wonders that is around us. Enjoying the calmness and the energy at the same time. One of the things you need to have if you go is a comfortable backpack to carry water, snacks and maybe a few extra clothes in case the weather changes while you are out. Just For Me
There is so much going on this time of year, I bet if you are like most people there are not enough hours in the day to get everything done. What about yourself? Do you have a chance to get away? Probably not. I bet that your mind is so confused, you don’t know as to which way you need to go first. What I like to do is spend time with myself first. One of the ways I do that is by going to beach. I have a barrel bag packed with a warm jacket, blanket or towel to sit on, book, water and I go sit at the beach and look out of the water or just walk. This is me time.
