There is so much going on this time of year, I bet if you are like most people there are not enough hours in the day to get everything done.  What about yourself?  Do you have a chance to get away?  Probably not.  I bet that your mind is so confused, you don’t know as to which way you need to go first.  What I like to do is spend time with myself first.  One of the ways I do that is by going to beach.  I have a barrel bag packed with a warm jacket, blanket or towel to sit on, book, water and I go sit at the beach and look out of the water or just walk.  This is me time.
